ENCORE 2027
1. What is included in my ENCORE 2027 package?
Additional surprises and preferred seating vary by package level.
2. Is ENCORE an all-inclusive weekend?
ENCORE is designed as an all-inclusive luxury weekend experience. Your package includes your accommodations and scheduled ENCORE meals, entertainment, activities, and designated beverage service.
Cash bar purchases, optional food or beverages outside scheduled ENCORE events, Thursday early arrival, Sunday Reprise, and other personal expenses are not included.
3. What is the difference between Premium Suites, Estate Suites, and Estate Rooms?
All package levels include the core ENCORE weekend experience.
Premium Suite guests receive: Preferred seating, bottle of wine delivered Friday and Saturday, two additional Premium Level surprises, and ENCORE SWAG.
Estate Suite guests receive: Bottle of wine delivered Friday and Saturday, one additional Estate Level surprise on Friday, and ENCORE SWAG.
Estate Room guests receive: Bottle of wine delivered Friday and Saturday and ENCORE SWAG.
4. Is alcohol included throughout the weekend?
Premium open bar service is included during designated ENCORE events and service hours. Friday’s Welcome Reception includes an open beer and wine bar, and Saturday brunch includes unlimited Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
At other times, including the ENCORE Speakeasy, a cash bar will be available.
5. What should I wear to ENCORE?
Please refer to the two ENCORE attire picture guides for inspiration, ideas, and guidance for our Friday and Saturday evening experiences.
During the daytime, we encourage you to stay within the weekend’s suggested color palettes, but remember—ENCORE is luxury with a laid-back feel. Feel free to be comfortable and cozy as you move throughout the Estate and enjoy our various daytime events.
And pack for a little leisure time, too. Graylyn offers beautiful spaces to walk or run, places to exercise, and bicycles for exploring the Estate.
Friday evening features Jazz Age Elegance, while Saturday evening is Black & White — Upscale Gatsby-Inspired Formal Attire.
6. Will transportation be provided during ENCORE?
Yes. Graylyn provides complimentary estate transportation throughout the property, including transportation between ENCORE event locations.
Guests may also check with the Graylyn Concierge about arranging transportation to nearby Reynolda Village for shopping, dining, and other experiences, as well as information and arrangements for spa services.
7. Can I arrive before Friday or stay after Sunday?
Absolutely. Many ENCORE guests arrived early, stayed late, or did both in 2026—and many are already planning to do so again in 2027.
Guests may add Thursday for Arrive & Unwind and/or extend their stay Sunday for Sunday Reprise, based on room availability. Additional room nights are booked through your dedicated Graylyn Concierge and are at the guest’s expense.
These are intentionally unscheduled leisure days—no agenda, no programming, just more time to enjoy Graylyn and your ENCORE jazz family.
8. Can I make payments on my ENCORE package?
Yes, but payment-plan options become more limited as we get closer to ENCORE.
At this time, new package purchases are eligible for a three-month payment plan. October 15 is the final day to begin a payment plan. After October 15, all new ENCORE packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
9. What is the cancellation, refund, and transfer policy?
Packages may be transferred to another person up to two weeks before the event, subject to approval and confirmation from the Marcus Anderson team.
10. When will we have the full itinerary and artist lineup?
The complete ENCORE 2027 itinerary and artist lineup will be released by the end of fall before you head into the holiday season.
